INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. green chillis, onions and sauté on a high flame for 1 to 2 minutes till light brown.
- Add ginger, tomatoes, turmeric powder and cook on a slow flame for 1 to 2 minutes, while stirring continuously.
- Add the eggs, salt and coriander and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring continuously. Your Egg Bhurji is ready.
- On a piece of bread slice spread the egg bhurji mixture,
- Place grated carrot, green corinder on top of the spread.
- Cover with another piece of bread slice.
- You can grill the sandwich or use toasted bread.
