INSTRUCTIONS
- Put chinese frying pan on high heat. Add sesame oil. add ginger, garlic & chicken pieces & toss for 1 min.
- Add noodles, cabbage, carrot and again toss for 1 min.
- Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, sugar, black pepper & salt. Mix well. & remove the contents from the pan to a bowl immediately.
- Garnish with coriander leaves & spring onions. Can be served hot or cold.
