- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and lemon juice. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix the chickpeas, onion, garlic, dill and green coriander.
- Mix both the bowl contents together and add salt and pepper.
- On a bread slice first spread chopped lettuce and on it spread chickpea mixture. Cover with another piece of bread.
