Italian Antipasto Salad
Fresh, Delicious salad made with salami, vegetables, cheese
PREP TIME : 20 mins
TOTAL TIME : 25 mins
- Mix the vinegar, lemon juice, honey, and salt in a blender. With the machine running, gradually pour oil. Season the vinaigrette with salt and pepper, to taste.
- In a bowl, mix salami, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, kidney beans, olives & cheese. Toss with vinaigrette.
- keep in refrigerator for 30 min. Serve immediately.
